The 18 parcel development sits on the rim of meadow creek canyon to the east and borders a large buffalo preserve to the west. Each parcel demonstrates the ancient and untouched quality of the land that is Zion Mountain. Natural stone, Juniper, cedar and pinions are found throughout the parcels – and sweeping views of the surrounding protected lands and national parks include: Zion, Grand Staircase, Coral Pinks, Rifle Notch, Indian Knoll and more.
The Buffalo Preserve sits in the eastern highland of Zion National Park. The area is a rare and unspoiled wildlife corridor and fertile farmland that residents share in both bounty and stewardship. Conservation easements, protected habitats, and historical settlements ensure the area will remain forever unexploited.
